Shipping Policy

USA only - Additional fees apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

Thank you for placing your order with us!  We appreciate you are relying on us to deliver the products you want, when you want them and that when ground delivery just isn't quick enough, that we give you some other options.  If you ever have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@scentualthebrand.com.  We will attend to your questions as a matter of priority.

Orders will generally be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of payment.

During peak holiday periods or when we have temporarily run out of products, there may be a shipping delay.  If this happens, we will notify you immediately.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to a P.O. box, we can only ship to a street address.


Return & Exchange Policy

 

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund of the purchase price withing 14 days of receiving the order.  Once we receive the returned product, please allow 7 days to process the transaction.  You will not be charged additional shipping fees on exchanges.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Please package products in the original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and let us know if you want a refund or exchange.  Please ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx and USPS Parcel Post) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit.  We cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.  All returns should be addressed to: Scentual the brand - 117 Costa Brava  Laguna Niguel, California  92677.
